Pet Policy

There is a one-time pet fee of $300 for your first pet and an additional $300 for your second pet. Two total pets are allowed and rent is $25 per pet, per month. Certain breed restrictions apply. Please call our office for additional details.

Parking

At Island View, we have great parking options to fit your needs! Open (Un-Covered) parking is first-come, first-serve, and free of charge! A maximum of 2 vehicles are permitted to park in uncovered spaces. The following paid options are also available for your convenience!

Enclosed Garage (With Opener and Keypad Entry): $125/ month
Covered Carport: $35/ month
